Welcome to my Pilates page!

My name is Clare and I have been teaching in the fitness industry for over 20 years.

I discovered Pilates and Trigger Point Pilates after suffering with a few injuries after teaching so many high impact classes and I instantly fell in love! It's helped me so much to continue doing the job I love.
